Our Policies
Accepted Methods of payment. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. We do not ship abroad, shipping are within the Continental USA only, We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not ship to PO Box's.
Return Merchandise Policy. Your satisfaction is guaranteed at JCEnterprises. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most products to JCEnterprises Store within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, original invoice and in undamaged condition.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping back any returned products. For your protection, we recommend you insure your returns. JCEnterprises is not responsible for any lost shipments.
We will apply credit to your credit card following receipt of the returned items. You will be refunded the total amount of the returned items, less shipping and handling from the original shipment.
